Sarah Baker is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (BCHHP), and functional health expert with more than 13 years of experience. She has supported thousands of clients across the United States and has professional training in hormonal conditions, functional medicine, herbal protocols, blood-chemistry analysis, autoimmune conditions, mold illness, digestive health, metabolism, and medical weight loss.
Her approach is informed by her own experience navigating Hashimoto’s, insomnia, adrenal fatigue, SIBO, candida, food sensitivities, POTS, and other unresolved symptoms. After functional laboratory testing helped identify underlying contributors, she built a practice focused on personalized investigation and practical support. She approaches each client with hope, encouragement, nourishment, and the belief that meaningful healing is possible.
Sarah provides virtual functional health and integrative nutrition support using detailed health histories, blood work and functional laboratory testing, personalized nutrition and supplement protocols, detoxification strategies, and ongoing coaching. She works with clients navigating hormone and thyroid concerns, autoimmune conditions, gut dysfunction, mold illness, chronic fatigue, metabolic concerns, fertility, and other complex symptoms.
