Why I Created HERAURELIA ERA

My name is Gauri Chawla

I didn't create HER AURELIA ERA because I had all the answers.

I created it because I was searching for them myself.

Like many women in midlife, I found myself navigating a season of profound change—physically, emotionally, mentally, and professionally. Between the challenges of menopause, evolving relationships, a demanding career, the pressures of supporting aging parents, and a rare autoimmune diagnosis that changed my perspective on health, I found myself asking:

Who am I becoming, and what does thriving look like now?

As I searched for answers, I discovered something powerful.

Women don't need another place telling them what's wrong with them.

They need a trusted place that reminds them of what's still possible.

I kept hearing the same conversations: women struggling with changing bodies, shifting identities, health concerns, career transitions, and the feeling that they had somehow lost themselves along the way.

Yet I couldn't find one place where women could access trusted resources, learn from credible experts, connect with a supportive community, and openly explore what comes next.

That's why I created HER AURELIA ERA.

Because before women can become who they're meant to be next, they need a place where they feel safe enough to begin.

We believe women in midlife are not winding down—they are just getting started.

Our mission is to help women stop fitting into a life that no longer fits them, reconnect with who they are becoming, and step into their next chapter with clarity, power, and intention.

The name Aurelia comes from the Latin word aureus, meaning "golden." It symbolizes radiance, transformation, strength, and worth—a reminder that our value doesn't diminish with age. We don't fade. We evolve.

HER AURELIA ERA is built on three core values:

Trust. Power. Aliveness.

A trusted resource.

A supportive community.

A place to learn, grow, and become.

Because midlife isn't a decline.

It's a reinvention.
