Charnel Ewen-Lewis, M.Ed., RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist and the Founder and Clinical Director of Ontario Mental Health Therapy. With 10 years of experience, she specializes in supporting ambitious and highly capable women as they navigate identity shifts, relationships, boundaries, emotional needs, and major life transitions.
Her work explores the emotional cost of holding everything together and helps women reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have learned to ignore. Charnel also contributes through speaking, workshops, educational programming, and expert conversations focused on women’s emotional well-being, vulnerability, connection, and becoming more intentional about who they are growing into.
Charnel offers virtual psychotherapy for Ontario residents, including individual and couples therapy, along with life coaching focused on relationships and transitions. Her areas of focus include anxiety, emotion regulation, coping skills, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
